Louis Vuitton creates his own NFT game

The name is “Louis: The Game.” The game complements a series of surprises created in honor of the 200th anniversary of the creator of the luxury brand.

Is Louis Vuitton seriously entering the NFT games market? The dynamics of mass adoption tell that for big brands the first steps into NFT market are only the very beginning. Will the giant produce luxury NFTs? What will those be?

Michael Burke, Louis Vuitton’s chairman and chief executive officer, said: “Generations are now defined by technology, not by age and the best way to engage people is through the medium they like“.

He underlined that release of the NFT game is a prominent experience for the company.

The game stars the fashion house’s mascot, a wooden doll Vivienne on a journey through the brand’s history. Game genre is a first-person story quest with embedded NFTs.

Current estimated worth of Louis Vuitton is $47.2 billion. Indeed, such a colossus can add significant value to the NFT games moment.

The festive campaign is named “Louis 200.” Along with the game, a documentary, art and more will be released.
